But You Came Like A Winter Snow…

13 Dec

Being that this is the inaugural post on this blog, I thought it would be good to tell everyone about what she-wood and I did this evening. We wet to the Chris Tomlin Glory in the Highest tour this evening at the Tabernacle. It was amazing! Worship was taking place like crazy. I think that it is awesome how such authentic worship can take place in a venue where very ungodly stuff usually happens. Anyway, the concert was awesome. Worship at Christmas is so cool to me. Taking a moment to realize that God chose to break 400 years of silence with a baby’s cry, and the ensuing worship are awesome. Louie Giglio spoke this evening as well. It was great as always, but something he said stood out to me. He said, “Jesus was the only baby who chose to be born. All other people have no choice, but He decided to be born. It was a great night, and I am so glad that I shared it with she-wood!
